The story goes that Winston Churchill would drink a pint of 'Pol' a day, and this has been served at the last three royal weddings. An equal blend of the three traditional Champagne varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and with a high proportion of still base wines that lend complexity and finesse. The most elegant of the Grande Marques.
