Red English Hedgerow Vermouth

Drink on its own, with tonic (like you would make a G&T) or in classic cocktails such as a negroni.

Actually made with white English wine which is enhanced with the addition of “green” notes of nettle and given its amazing red colour and fruitiness by cherry, bilberry, hawthorn berries, and the more “traditional” vermouth spices: nutmeg, cassia, and black tea. You’ll taste the “bite” of wormwood again, and this time a little vanilla at the end for that warming, smooth finish.
