The smooth texture is produced by first infusing vodka with vanilla pods, whilst adding a dash of black rum into the mix. To further awaken the taste and add to the texture, cold brew coffee is carefully blended in and topped with salted caramel. The brainchild of Michael Chen, former bar manager of The Roosevelt and bartender at Eau-De-Vie Sydney, ranked as the 13th best bar in the world, Laiba Cocktails are three-time award-winners at the San Francisco World Spirit Awards.
