Domaine Boucabeille sits atop very rocky, arid, steep terraces, which are very hard to farm and produce famously low yields. The reward, though, is the incredible generosity and purity of the resulting fruit. Jean Boucabeille revived many of the old vineyards that had fallen into neglect and now makes wines that reflect Roussillon's stellar past as a top vinemaking region. Everything is naturally done and certified organic.
