The grapes are not crushed immediately in the winery, but rather the fermentation happens within the still intact berries, helping to build aromas of red and black fruits and to develop structure. Rather than age the wine to Crianza level with a year in oak this spends just 6 months, Seis, so as to achieve the perfect balance of oak notes and silky fruit.
