Lenz Riesling carries just a fraction more residual sugar than the Trocken category permits, so this is correctly described as Feinherb, a style of Riesling that feels entirely dry whilst also having fruit and depth in the palate. Perfectly matched to Asian and spicy cuisines. Emrich Schonleber is regarded as one of Germany's leading producers of Riesling and is especially famed for its dry wines. All the fruit for this wine comes from the estate's holdings on Nahe's steep and imposing Grand Cru Halenberg and Fruhlingsplatzen vineyards.
